A showstopping arched Mediterranean entrance forms the architectural heart of the home, complemented by rustic grey timber feature beams draped in flowering vines for a romantic and inviting look. From the front garden, uninterrupted views open to the bay, drawing the eye toward the extended upper timber deck, which includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, decorative iron balustrades, and a Mediterranean-inspired open pergola. Screening elements will enhance privacy from the adjacent community pathway while maintaining the connection to nature and water views.

The design links the upper alfresco area to a terraced lower garden with sandstone-clad retaining walls and naturalistic planting.
