This architectural designed home in Nelson Bay in Port Stephens by Torren Bell Building Design  was created with a Luxury Coastal Hamptons inspired design. This landscape design was to create a  grandeur and a timeless classic coastal look, with a formal garden style to showcase the coastal holiday location.

A formal arbour with sandstone cla pillars leading to front door over a spectacularly paved Limestone herringbone entrance, with the pool are to your right and in-ground trampoline to the left. screening to the pool. The pool area is an extension of the home, level with house, the custom designed semi in-ground pool with luxurious sandstone clad water feature, descreetly positioned under deck, makes the pool area a fun and inviting space for all the family to enjoy. 

With limited space to the rear of the home, the main garden area is located to the front of the home. The gardens and plantings reflect the white-on-white Hamptons style and formal ambience, providing lush green plants with seasonal flowering plants in  whites with soft pinks and mauves. All secure behind a walled front fence wit mixer of rendered walls, sandstone cladding with opulent exterior lighting.

The rear outdoor space is a shaded, relaxing lounging space including an outdoor kitchen clad in white sandstone cladding, lead to private drying courtyard. The rear garden is utilises potted plants to soften the space.

The formal planting style incorporates statement Sweet ‘n’ Neat Magnolia trees, hedging of Buxus, Society Garlic, Gaura, Cuphea, Camellias and Lirope. Outside the property showcases beautiful native plantings of Blue Fescue, Little Con Lomandra, Lillypillys and Luscious Tristaniopsis trees. The pool area has a tropical vibe full of Shell Ginger and potted Giant Bird of Paradise to give privacy and shade to the pool area.
